At the Community Thanksgiving Open Table, sponsored by The Good Samaritans of Fannin County on Thanksgiving Day and held at the Fannin County High School Cafeteria, the Get In Step Line Dancers provided lively entertainment for the diners. In addition to performing several line dances, the dancers led those present in several seated line dances.

The Get In Step Line Dancers provided pre-parade entertainment for the Downtown Blue Ridge Fourth of July Parade held on Saturday, July 1, 2016. The line dancers performed dances to patriotic music and then led the crowd in the Chicken Dance. They then shared a patriotic-decorated float with the Voices of Hope Community Choir and tossed candies and patriotic friendship bracelets to the crowds.

LINE DANCERS ENTERTAIN AT PRUITTHEALTH CARE
The Get In Step Line Dancers celebrated Christmas 2016 by line dancing at the Fannin County Senior Center, PruittHealth Care, Cameron Hall Assisted Living Center and Union County Nursing Home. At each location, the dancers performed several line dances to holiday music, then led those present in seated line dancing. The Line Dancers also enjoyed an opportunity to visit with each other during their holiday meal.
The Get In Step Line Dancers wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year. They look forward to entertaining again throughout the community and beyond in 2017.
